Please read carefully the following terms and conditions about booking a guiding with Alpine Angling Tours. Term 1 Your Guiding will be reserved for you and your party once Alpine Angling Tours will have received a completed booking form and deposit. Your booking is taken to be confirmed and accepted in respect of all persons travelling when we forward our invoice to the party leader responsible for the booking. Term 2 The full payment is required no later than six weeks prior to your arrival date. If a booking is placed eight weeks prior to arrival, the full payment will be required. Term 3 If the full payment has not reached us six weeks prior to the start of your guiding, we reserve the right to cancel your booking; payment may not be refunded and a cancellation fee incurred. Term 4 If however you cancel your confirmed booking, it will only be accepted in writing, signed by the Group Organiser and the following charges will apply:
Term 5 All travel arrangements / requirements are your responsibility and we accept no responsibility for delays or cancellations in ferries/planes or if there are irregularities in your documents. Term 6 Force Majeure: We will not be held liable for loss or delay caused by any of the following: Strikes, Political Unrest, Riots, Port Closures, War or Threat of Terrorist Activity, Industrial Disputes, Fire, Flood, Technical / Weather problems to transportation, Acts of God or any other event(s) beyond our control. Term 7 If any changes to the confirmed booking are required, we will try and be flexible wherever possible. Term 8 All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Term 9 Jurisdiction: Signature on the booking form constitutes acceptance of a contract on these terms subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. Term 10 We reserve the right to terminate your vacation if you are in any way causing a disturbance or harm to other anglers, other people, grounds, lakes or property. We will withdraw our services in the event of substance abuse of any kind, unlawful behaviour or activity of any kind, or repeated disregard of our health & safety policy. You will not be liable to a refund / compensation and you may incur costs for any damage carried out. Return transfers may not be assured in the occurrence of such events. Term 11 The person signing the booking form should have read and accepted these terms and conditions. Deposits are accepted on the strict undertaking that this action has been taken. Term 12 INSURANCES/PERMITS We provide participating anglers with the relevant tackle for the guidings booked. If participants wish to use their own tackle, it is strongly advised that they take out their own insurance for those items, as they will not be covered by our insurance. It is strongly advised that you take travel insurance for yourself and the other members of your party. Anglers may only participate to the guidings once they have provided staff with a copy of their valid E111 form. Relevant Fishing licenses will be given to each participant providing the relevant information and ID pictures have been received with reservation and are included in the cost of the guiding. |
