Kent based carp angler Steve Jackson has made a habit of coming over and up his PBs consequently. The list has just been updated after Steve’s last trip early September, beating his mirror PB three times with fish weighing 39, 40 and 41. All three fish were caught on Mistral No Name boilies fished over a bed of hemp, pellets and crushed boilies at 120m. Steve was fishing with our latest set up, Horizon SFD rods and Stratos 12 000FS reels.
Steve has now an impressive PB list including a 35lb grassie, a 42 common and a 41 mirror. His application means Steve progresses every time he comes over, and his ability to adapt the new skills to different environments has also meant very decent catches on the Thames as well as on a tricky undisclosed London syndicate. Well done Sir!
